What receives a public note
Material corrections receive a dated note explaining what changed. Significant updates may also change the last-reviewed date. Spelling, formatting, broken links, accessibility repairs, and minor clarifications may be corrected without a formal note when meaning does not change.
Priority triage
Urgent safety, allergen, access, official-status, evidence, or relationship errors receive priority handling and may result in temporary withdrawal of a claim or page.
How to report
Use contact with the page URL, the issue, and any source that supports the correction.
Independence
Commercial relationships do not block legitimate corrections.
