My day job in technical support made me suspicious of anything that only describes the happy path, so I tend to ask the impolite second question: where do the coats go, what breaks at 9:40, and is the expensive thing actually doing anything? Tangled Thistle is where I put the answers I would want before spending the money or moving the furniture.
